Most you of you owning a PSP would have always wanted to modify the look of your XMB. Yes it is a very cool thing but if you are n00b, you would not be able to tweak your XMB completely. Reason is that $ony left only left around 200kb for you to play with. Now the actual capacity you can have to tweak is 2.5 MB!
That means almost everything to tweak.
Procedure of freeing up space in flash0:
All you have to do just the download the homebrew FlashAgent F4, and copy the folders according to your firmware. The first time you will run FlashAgent, it will automatically detect your free space and will ask you if you have to free up space in flash0. Just accept that and Voila! You have 2.5MB for tweaking.

looks realy cool but i think that sony would use the extra space for somthing eventually......
